- Severe, constant, throbbing toothache.
- Pain or discomfort with hot and cold temperatures.

- Bump or “pimple” like spot on your gums.
- Redness inside the mouth, or outside the mouth on the face or jaw.
- Having a bad taste in your mouth.
- Having a fever.
- Having a swollen face or jaw.
- Tender, swollen lymph nodes under your jaw or in your neck.
